This journal grew out of the desire for creating a tool that would help people to practice self-care in a creative way.

As the name suggests, this journal is designed for logging in your mood. The journal is a record which can help you uncover uncover patterns between food, activities, people, etc that affect your mood. It also has prompts for you to create a course of action. Basically, you can explore solutions and keep track of their effectiveness through this journal.


Mood Journal is structured into different sections: Future, Monthly, and Daily Logs.

Each section is structured with making jotting down daily moods easy for the user and maintain them engaged. 


Future Application:

Along with the book comes the companion app which helps to keep track of the logs.
